Gmail offers users the option to send most media files as attachments and when it comes to videos, the application offers more than one way to send them to the intended person. Videos are generally embedded and sent to the receiver as the embedding process ensures that the video is instantly available within the email composed and thus, the receiver can get a hold of them right away. The embedding process can be carried out in two ways; through Google Drive and YouTube. Although the process via Google Drive is more convenient and easier, YouTube is also significant as YouTube does not let the viewer download most of the videos present in it and it is presently one of the hotspots of video content.
